What We Encourage
Share your grow journey honestly — successes and failures help everyone learn.
Respect other growers' experience levels, methods, and plant types.
Use display names, not real names, to protect everyone's privacy.
Cite sources when sharing growing techniques or scientific claims.
Report content that violates these standards — your reports are confidential.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in any of the following on the Platform:
Illegal transactions: Selling, offering, soliciting, or facilitating the sale or exchange of cannabis, controlled substances, seeds where unlawful, or any illegal goods.
Location doxxing: Sharing another person's real name, address, grow location, or identifying details without consent.
Threats & harassment: Personal attacks, hate speech, targeted intimidation, stalking, or threats of violence.
Hate & discrimination: Content that promotes discrimination, violence, or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Sexual exploitation: Sexual content, sexualization of minors, or any form of exploitation.
Minors: Any content or conduct that exploits, harms, or targets anyone under 21.
Fraud: Scams, deceptive offers, impersonation, or financial crime.
Infringement: Posting content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Harmful instructions: Content providing instructions for dangerous or illegal activities, including unsafe extraction, electrical work, or pesticide misuse.
Reporting, Block & Mute
You can Report, Block, or Mute a user from their profile page, from the safety menu on community posts, and from the safety menu on comments, direct messages, groups, and marketplace listings. Blocked users cannot message you or see your profile. Muted users' content is hidden from your feed. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
False or retaliatory reports may result in action against the reporter. Reporting is confidential — the reported user is not told who reported them.
Moderation & Enforcement
Violations are handled by our moderation team at their discretion. Depending on severity and history, actions include:
Warning: First or minor violation — content removed, user notified.
Posting restriction: Repeated violations — ability to post, comment, message, or follow temporarily restricted.
Suspension: Serious or repeated violations — account access temporarily blocked.
Ban: Severe or persistent violations — account permanently removed.
Legal report: Illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.
We do not guarantee 24/7 monitoring, guaranteed removal within a specific timeframe, or that every violation will be detected. Moderation is not a guarantee and does not make us a publisher or sponsor of user conduct.
Appeals & Support
If you believe moderation action was taken in error, you may appeal through our Help & Support page. We review appeals in good faith.
Emergency Reporting
If you encounter content that poses an imminent threat to safety, contact your local emergency authorities directly. Do not rely on Platform support for emergencies. After contacting authorities, you may also report the content to us and we will take appropriate action.
Evidence Preservation
We may preserve content, records, or data where required by law, for legitimate moderation purposes, or to protect the Platform and its users. Deleted content may be retained in backups or audit logs for a period of time as described in our Privacy Policy.
No Retaliation
Retaliating against a user for reporting content or cooperating with a moderation investigation is itself a violation of these standards and may result in enforcement action.
