The Growers Guild respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how copyright owners (or their authorized agents) can report content they believe infringes their copyright, and how users whose content has been removed can respond.
DMCA Notice Requirements
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a written notice that includes the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
Identification of the material on the Platform that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the URL);
Your contact information, including your full name, email address, and, if available, a mailing address and telephone number;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if your address is outside the U.S., the federal court in the district where the Platform is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
You may submit a counter-notification through the form above with "Counter-Notification" in the description field.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Good-Faith Warning
Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. You should consult an attorney before submitting a notice or counter-notification if you are unsure of your rights.
Designated Agent
A designated DMCA agent will be named here once one is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until then, please submit all notices through the form above or through our Help & Support page.
