Subscription & Cancellation Terms

VIP Membership

The Growers Guild offers a VIP membership that unlocks unlimited active plant journals, up to 20 AI Grow Mentor questions per 30-day allowance period, up to 4 AI Plant Diagnoses per 30-day allowance period, classified posting, saved AI history, and a VIP profile badge. VIP is a monthly subscription billed through Base44 Payments.

Billing

• VIP is billed monthly in advance via Base44 Payments (powered by Wix).
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You will see "Base44 Payments" on your billing statement.
• Taxes are applied based on your billing location.

Cancellation

You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time from Settings → Membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep VIP features until then.

• No hidden fees: There is no cancellation fee.
• No partial refunds: Unused days in the current period are not refunded.
• Data preserved: Your plants, journals, and community posts remain when VIP lapses. Guild AI and classified posting pause until renewed.

Price Changes

If we change the VIP price, existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance. The new price takes effect at the next renewal after the notice period. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Free Tier

The free tier (Seedling) is available forever with up to 2 active plants, community access, grow guide, and standard features. No credit card required.
